POE-g-(MAH/St)对聚丙烯/甘蔗渣复合材料性能的影响

Effects of POE-g-( MAH/St) on the Properties of Polypropylene/Sugarcane Bagasse Composites

摘要 在转矩流变仪中用马来酸酐和苯乙烯双单体熔融接枝乙烯-辛烯共聚物POE制备POE-g-(MAH/St),作为聚丙烯/甘蔗渣木塑复合材料的相容剂,探讨了POE-g-(MAH/St)用量对复合材料力学性能和加工流动性能的影响.接枝率测试和红外分析表明,马来酸酐和苯乙烯已经成功接枝到POE上.SEM分析表明,POE-g-(MAH/St)改善了甘蔗渣颗粒在PP基体中的分散均匀性和界面相容性.当复合材料的投料质量比为m(PP)∶m(甘蔗渣)∶m(POE-g-(MAH/St))=100∶30∶1.8时,复合材料的综合性能最好. POE-g-( MAH/St) was prepared by melt grafting poly( ethylene/octene)( POE) with maleic anhydride( MAH) and styrene( St) in a torque rheometer,and was used as compatibilizer in polypropylene/sugarcane bagasse composites. The effect of POE-g-( MAH/St) dosage on the mechanical and flow properties of the composites were discussed. Grafting ratio test and FTIR analysis show that maleic anhydride and styrene has successfully grafted onto POE. SEM indicate that POE-g-( MAH/St) can improve the dispersion uniformity and interface compatibility of the sugarcane bagasse particle in PP matrix. When the feeding mass ratio of PP/sugarcane bagasse/POE-g-( MAH/St) in the composites is 100∶ 30∶ 1. 8,the comprehensive performance of the composite is the best.
