Research on Reactive Agility in Team Sports:Questions,Mechanisms of Action,Testing and Training

运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对集体球类项目反应灵敏性的机制、测试和训练进行了研究.根据集体球类项目的专项特征提出了反应灵敏性的概念,对它的作用机制进行了全面系统的分析,对目前国外关于反应灵敏性素质的测试进行了总结和梳理,并提出了反应灵敏素质训练的理念和方法创新,以期能对我国集体球类项目运动员的体能训练起到指导和借鉴作用.

By using the methods of literature reviews and logical analysis,it discusses mechanism,testing and training of reactive agility in the team sports. According to the special features of the team sports,it puts forward the concept of reactive agility and comprehensive analysis of mechanism and action,and summarizes the current broad popular testing about reactive agility. It put forward the concept innovation and training method innovation about reactive ability,which used as the guidance and reference role for team ball player＇s fitness training.
