摘要
针对含硫气井试油作业期间井筒排出的液体富含H_2S、残酸及泡沫对环境造成危害,综合利用物理和化学方法,形成了全封闭、自动化的含硫井排出液实时除硫技术,确保现场作业安全、环保。该技术在川渝地区获得了广泛应用,取得了良好的使用效果,处理后排出口大气中H_2S含量小于7.5 mg/m^3,液体pH值6.5~7.5,消泡率达到90%以上,保障了现场作业人员的安全,彻底解决了井筒排出液中H_2S、残酸、泡沫对井场以及周边农田、民居造成严重的环境污染等诸多问题。
During H_2S gas well testing,the backflow often contains lots of H_2S,residual acid and foam,making damage to the environment. To ensure a safe and environmental site,a closed automated sulphur removal technology for sour backflow was developed by combining the physical and chemical methods.It has been widely used in Sichuan and Chongqing area,with excellent results. The H_2S content at the outlet was less than 5ppm,liquid PH 6. 5 ~ 7. 5,defoaming rate above 90%. the safety of the work staff was guaranteed,the serious environmental damage made to site and the farm lands and houses around the site by the H_2S,residual acids and foams are thoroughly eliminated.
