摘要
套管钻孔刀具,有别于普通钻头,无论是结构形式还是几何切削角度,都必须结合实际情况来确定。文章在理论指导的基础上,通过大量的切削实验证明及分析研究,提出了刀具与传动节的连接方式,改进了具有良好导向作用的定心结构,优选了不同的断屑、碎屑形式,最后确定主刃三锥角式结构为钻孔刀具的最优选择,为套管钻孔刀具的研制又提供了一种新方法,提高了套管钻孔的效率。
Casing drilling tools is different from the ordinary drilling bits,both its structural form and its geometric cutting angle must be adapted to the actual condition. On basis of the related theory,through lots of cutting experiments and analysis,here in this paper the connection method of cutting tool and drive section is proposed,the centering structure is improved to have premium guiding function,and the optimum modes of cuttings breaking are decided,and finally the main edge is decided to adopt three-cone structure. It will provide a new method for development of casing drilling tools,and the casing drilling efficiency will get improved.
