血液透析患者透析后低血压致动静脉内瘘失功的护理对策 被引量:7

摘要 低血压是透析中主要并发症之一,其发生率可达20%~40%[1]。由于透析开始后有效血容器迅速下降,短时内超滤过多、多快,血管顺应性下降,心排血量不足,低蛋白症等原因导致透析中或透析结束后血压下降而使部分患者回血后低血压,仍不改善而出现内瘘失功。此时如能及时出现,及时干预可以使失功的内瘘恢复搏动。
