This paper describes the core concept of American trauma care＂ golden hour＂, trauma center ranking system, definitive treatment system, early warning mechanism and team cooperation system. Also,it illus- trates the timeliness of the trauma system operation and proposes some of its own unique insights according to Chi- nese domestic situation.
