Analysis of Cutover Solution for the Signal System on Wuhan Metro Line 1 Extension Section

结合武汉市轨道交通1号线延伸线工程的建设情况,分析了信号系统倒接所面临的挑战。分析比较了独立开关倒接法和覆盖置换法两种信号系统倒接方案的特点及实施过程。科学合理的倒接方案,是在深入了解既有线和延伸线信号系统设计原理的前提下,综合权衡人力、物力、时间,以及对运营的影响等各方面因素后选定的,以达到降低成本、减小对既有线的影响,以及安全且保质保量地完成“一次性、高水平、全功能开通试运营”的目的。

Based on the construction of Wunan Line i ex- tension section, the challenges for the signal system cutover solution are analyzed, the characteristics and application of two cutover solutions： the dedicated switch cutover and the overlay-replacement cutover are compared. A reasonable cutover solution should be based on detailed analysis of the base line and extension signalling system, on the balance between different factors, such as human resource, materi- als, duration, impact and so on, so as to achieve the goal of safe opening of the extension line described as ＂one step, high standard, fully functional＂, meanwhile to reduce the cost and impact on the existing lines.
