日本应用型本科教育与高职教育衔接的政策设计与实践

On Policy Design and Practice about the Linkage of Applied Undergraduate Education and Higher Vocational Education in Japan

为打通技能型人才成长通道,满足产业发展对高水平技术技能人才的需求和支撑国家发展战略的顺利实施,日本通过改革学位授予和招生政策,调整学科设置等措施,支持应用型本科教育和高职教育间的顺畅衔接。应用型本科教育和高职教育衔接是我国高等教育结构性供给侧改革和搭建人才培养立交桥的必然要求,需要在服务地方经济、产教融合和课程统整等方面进行努力。

In order to get through the growth channel of skilled talents,meet the demand for high-level technical talents of industrial development and support the implementation of national development strategy,Japan supports the smooth linkage of applied undergraduate education and higher vocational education by reforming the degree granting and enrollment policy,adjusting the discipline setting and other measures.In China,the linkage between applied undergraduate education and higher vocational education is the inevitable requirements for the structural supply-side reform of higher education and the construction of the talent development interchange bridge.Thus,it is necessary to make efforts to serve the local economy,the integration of production and education and the curriculum integration.
