Study on Relevance between Higher Vocational Education and Labor Market in Jiangxi Province

教育的发展与劳动力市场密切相关,劳动力市场作为人才需求方对高职教育人才培养有重要影响。在经济发展新常态背景下,江西省劳动力市场人才需求与高职教育人才供给适切性不佳,主要体现在产业结构与专业结构不匹配,重点领域紧缺人才培养不足,高职教师队伍不够合理,技能人才建设总量不足等方面。应该着重建立高职教育与劳动力市场动态衔接机制,以市场为导向及时调整专业结构,完善高职师资队伍建设,进一步加强技能人才培养。

The development of education is closely related to the labor market.As the demand side of talents,the labor market has a profound impact on higher vocational education.In the context of the new economic development,the relevance between the talent demand of labor market and the talent supply of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province is not high.This phenomenon is mainly embodied in mismatching between industrial structure and professional structure,shortaging of talents in key areas,being not reasonable in teacher structure of higher vocational education and being insufficient of high-skilled talents.We should focus on establishing the dynamic linking mechanism between higher vocational education and labor market.Under the guidance of the market,we are supposed to adjust the specialty structure,perfect teacher structure of higher vocational colleges and further strengthen the training of skilled talents.
