The signaling system commissioningof a newly built metro line is a key to the operation on schedule. Due to the delay in the first phase construction of Hefei rail transit Line 1, the signaling system cannot be delivered as scheduled and thus needs a new commissioning plan accord- ing to the practical construction process.
