高效液相色谱法测定硫化烷基酚钙中游离烷基酚含量

DETERMINATION OF FREE ALKYLPHENOL IN SULFURIZED CALCIUM ALKYLPHENOLATE BY HPLC

采用高效液相色谱法对硫化烷基酚钙中的游离烷基酚进行测定。首先通过甲醇萃取硫化烷基酚钙中的游离烷基酚,再通过高效液相色谱对甲醇提取液中烷基酚进行检测,由此推算出硫化烷基酚钙中游离烷基酚含量。高效液相色谱采用C8色谱柱,流动相水与甲醇的体积比为0.1∶0.9,总流速为1mL?min,紫外检测波长为280nm,柱温为30℃。该方法的加标回收率为97.37%~99.84%,相对标准偏差为0.19%~0.62%,具有操作简便、快捷、准确度高的特点。
