细节优化护理对重度子痫前期患者妊娠结局的改善作用研究

Research of improvement effects of detailed optimization nursing for pregnancy outcome in patients with severe preeclampsia

目的探究细节优化护理对重度子痫前期患者妊娠结局的影响。方法选取2012年6月-2014年5月收治的100例重度子痫前期患者为对照组,给予常规护理;选取2014年6月-2016年6月接受治疗的100例重度子痫前期患者为观察组,给予细节优化护理。比较2组患者的妊娠结局。结果观察组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于对照组(χ~2=0.653,P=0.001),手术并发症发生率低于对照组(χ~2=8.220,P=0.004);1个月后观察组焦虑评分明显低于对照组(t=8.728,P=0.018);护理满意度明显高于对照组(Z=-6.091,P<0.001)。结论给予重度子痫前期产妇细节优化护理,可有效改善妊娠结局,降低术后并发症发生率,缓解患者的不良情绪,提高患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective To study the influence of detailed optimization nursing on the pregnancy outcome in patients with severe preeclampsia.Methods One hundred patients with severe preeclampsia admitted to our hospital between June 2012 and May 2014 were selected as the control group,another 100 patients admitted between June 2014 and June 2016 were chosen as the observation group.The observation group was given the detailed optimization nursing,while the control group received routine nursing.The pregnancy outcome of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（χ~2=0.653,P=0.001）.The occurrence of operative complication of the observation group was lower than that in the control group（χ2=8.220,P=0.004）.One month after the intervention,the score of SAS of the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（t=8.728,P=0.018）,while the nursing satisfaction of the former was significantly higher than the latter（Z=-6.091,P〈0.001）.Conclusion The detailed optimization nursing can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome,lower the occurrence of complications,relieve the patient＇s bad mood and promote the satisfaction towards the nursing service among patients with severe preeclampsia.
