抚触护理对疝气手术患儿睡眠质量的影响

The effect of the touching nursing on sleep quality and cooperation during the pediatric hernia surgery

目的探讨抚触护理对疝气手术患儿睡眠质量及配合度的影响。方法选取2014年8月-2015年11月收治的78例行疝气手术的患儿为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组各39例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施抚触护理,比较2组患儿睡眠质量、配合度及家长满意度。结果观察组匹茨堡睡眠质量指数量表(pittsburgh sleep quality index,PSQI)评分低于对照组(F_(组间)=14.051,P<0.001);配合度及患儿家长满意度均高于对照组(Z=-2.646,P=0.008;Z=-2.499,P=0.012)。结论抚触护理应用于疝气手术患儿效果满意,可提高患儿睡眠质量与配合度,减少护患纠纷发生,和谐护患关系。

Objective To investigate the effect of touching nursing on sleep quality and cooperation of children to receive the hernia surgery.Methods Seventy-eight children to receive the hernia surgery between August 2014 and November 2015 were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group,each of 39.The control group was given traditional nursing,while the experimental group was provided with touching nursing in addition to the traditional nursing.The sleep quality and cooperation of the children,as well as children parents′satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The score of the Pittsburgh sleep quality index of the children in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（F=14.051,P〈0.001）.However,the children′s cooperation and their parents′satisfaction of the former were significantly higher than the latter（Z=-2.646,P=0.008;Z=-2.499,P=0.012）.Conclusion The perioperative touching nursing is effective for children undergoing the hernia surgery,as it can promote their sleeping quality and cooperation,reduce the occurrence of disputes between nurses and patients.
