摘要
商用飞机项目具有高度复杂性特征,取得商业成功依赖全球化生产及团队的协作。从团队协作表现形式之一的项目会议展开讨论,分析当前商用飞机项目管理过程中各类会议所面临的问题,针对该类问题提出相应的解决措施,为提高会议效率与会议成效提出解决方案。
Commercial aircraft is a project with highly complex feature, and its commercial success relies on global production and teamwork. The problems faced by various conferences in the current commercial aircraft project management process are discussed,with the corresponding solutions to the problems putting forward in order to improve the efficiency of the conference.
