摘要
目的探讨人性照护理论在肿瘤患者化疗中的应用效果。方法择取2011年4月至2014年5月收治的80例肿瘤患者,随机分为2组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用人性照护理论。结果观察组肿瘤患者的焦虑值、抑郁值及满意率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性照护理论在肿瘤患者化疗中具有显著效果,可有效缓解患者的不良情绪,提高护理满意率。
Objective To explore the application effect of human care theory in the chemotherapy of cancer patients. Methods Chooses the April 2011 to 2014 may treated 80 cases of tumor patients, were divided for 2 groups, the control group received routine nursing care, observation group using human care theory. Results In the observation group, anxiety, depression and satisfaction rate were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The theory of human nature care has significant effect in chemotherapy of tumor patients, can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve nursing satisfaction rate.
