血必净注射液联合阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎70例临床观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察血必净联合阿奇霉素对小儿支原体肺炎的疗效,并探究其作用机制。方法治疗组采用血必净注射液配合阿奇霉素静脉点滴,对照组单纯静脉点滴阿奇霉素。均治疗10 d,对两组治疗效果进行临床比较。结果治疗组患者通过治疗后,总有效率为94.3%(66/70),对照组患者的总有效率为85.7%(60/70),两组P<0.05,有显著差异。结论血必净注射液联合抗阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎明显优于单纯阿奇霉素治疗组,值得临床推广和应用。 Objective To observe the curative effect of Xuebijing injection combined with azithromycin on mycoplasma pneumonia in children, and to explore its mechanism. Methods The treatment group was treated with Xuebijing injection combined with azithromycin intravenous drip, control group received intravenous drip azithromycin. Treatment of 10 days, the effect of the treatment of two groups of clinical comparison. Results After treatment, the total effective rate was 94.3%(66/70) in the treatment group, the control group was 85.7%(60/70), two groups of P〈0.05, there were significant differences. Conclusion Xuebijing injection combined with resistance to azithromycin in treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia is obvious better than simple azithromycin treatment group, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
