摘要 随着高新技术的迅猛发展,生物芯片技术在临床医学领域中也占据了重要的地位,为医学诊断及科学的发展提供了强有力的工具,尤其是在临床医学检验方面,生物芯片技术已经广泛在细菌、病毒的检测中应用,同时也在自身免疫疾病的免疫标志物、遗传疾病、肿瘤标志物中发挥着单一检测或是联合检测的作用。在不久的将来,生物芯片技术还会在临床医学检验中或不可缺。本文对微流控技术在医学检验中的进展进行了总结分析,现将其作如下综述。 With the rapid development of high and new technology, biochip technology plays an important role in the field of clinical medicine, and provides a powerful tool for medical diagnosis and scientific development, especially in the field of clinical medicine testing, biochip technology has been widely used in the detection of bacteria and viruses, It also plays a role in single detection or joint detection of immune markers, genetic diseases and tumor markers in autoimmune diseases. In the near future, biochip technology will also be indispensable in clinical laboratory testing. In this paper, the progress of microfluidic technology in medical laboratory is summarized and reviewed.
