实时超声造影引导下经皮肝癌微波消融治疗的应用价值

Clinical Value of Real Time Contrast-enhanced Ultrasound Guided Percutaneous Microwave Ablation of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

目的探讨实时超声造影引导下经皮微波消融治疗肝癌的临床疗效。方法按照随机分组原则将我院收治的60例肝癌患者分为观察组与对照组,每组各30例,观察组患者在实时超声造影引导下行经皮微波消融治疗,对照组患者在常规二维超声引导下行经皮微波消融治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效及并发症情况。结果观察组患者肿瘤病灶完全消融率、6个月生存率及12个月生存率均高于对照组患者,而局部复发率低于对照组患者,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者均未发生血栓、感染、肝肾功能损害等并发症。结论实时超声造影引导下经皮微波消融治疗肝癌能够进一步提高临床疗效,保证患者安全。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of percutaneous microwave ablation for hepatocellular carcinoma under real-time ultrasound contrast. Methods According to the principle of randomization, 60 patients with liver cancer in our hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 30 cases in each group, observation group were treated with percutaneous microwave ablation under real-time ultrasound contrast guidance, control group were treated with conventional microwave guided microwave ablation, clinical efficacy and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The complete ablation rate, the 6 month survival rate and the 12 month survival rate of the tumor patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, local recurrence rate was lower than that of the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. After treatment, there were no complications such as thrombosis, infection, liver and kidney dysfunction in the two groups. Conclusion Real time ultrasound guided percutaneous microwave ablation for liver cancer can further improve the clinical efficacy and ensure the safety of patients.
