美托洛尔与他汀类药联合治疗心肌梗死的疗效分析

Clinical Analysis of Metoprolol Combined With Statins in the Treatment of Myocardial Infarction

目的研究分析他汀类药联合美托洛尔治疗心肌梗死的疗效。方法选取在我院接受治疗的62例心肌梗死患者的临床资料,按每组31例分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规临床药物治疗,观察组给予美托洛尔与他汀类药联合治疗,比较两组治疗总疗效与心率(HR)的改善情况。结果观察组的总疗效为93.55%,高于对照组的74.19%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗4周后观察组患者的平均心率低于对照组,差异比较有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论他汀类药联合美托洛尔治疗心肌梗死疗效突出,患者各种症状恢复快且其心功能得以改善,有效提高生存质量。

Objective To study the efficacy of statins combined with metoprolol in the treatment of myocardial infarction. Methods Selected in our hospital for treatment of 62 cases of myocardial infarction in patients with clinical data, according to each group of 31 cases were divided into observation group and control group, the control group was given conventional treatment of clinical drug, observation group were given metoprolol and statin treatment, the total curative effect and heart rate of treatment between the two groups（HR） to improve the situation. Results The total curative effect of the observation group was 93.55%, higher than 74.19% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）, after 4 weeks of treatment, the average heart rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Statins combined with metoprolol in the treatment of myocardial infarction with prominent curative effect, fast recovery and a variety of symptoms in patients with cardiac function improved, effectively improve the quality of life.
