美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年高血压的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Metoprolol Combined With Irbesartan in the Treatment of Senile Hypertension

目的观察与研究对治疗老年高血压患者运用美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦的临床治疗效果。方法特将我院心血管内科2016年6月—2017年3月收治的188例老年高血压患者,按照双盲法进行平均分组,分为观察组与对照组两组,对照组患者采用单一药物美托洛尔进行治疗,观察组患者采用美托洛尔+厄贝沙坦联合治疗,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者经联合药物治疗后89例患者疗效显著,治疗总有效率为94.68%;对照组患者经美托洛尔之后,75例效果显著,总有效率为79.79%,在治疗总有效上观察组患者具有明显优势,P<0.05。结论对于治疗老年高血压美托洛尔联合厄贝沙坦治疗效果优于单一药物治疗,治疗效果显著。

Objective To observe and study the clinical effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension. Methods The 188 elderly patients with hypertension in our department of cardiology from June 2016 to March 2017 were divided into two groups, the observation group and the control group, two groups, patients in the control group were treated with a single drug metoprolol, the observation group was treated with metoprolol and irbesartan, and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed. Conclusion The effect of metoprolol combined with irbesartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension is better than that of single drug treatment, and the treatment effect is remarkable.
