熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗肝硬化黄疸的疗效观察

Efficacy of Ursodeoxycholic Acid Capules Combined With Transmetil in Treatment of Liver Cirrhosis Jaundice

目的探讨对肝硬化黄疸患者施以熊去氧胆酸胶囊+丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗后获得的临床疗效。方法选择我院收治的42例肝硬化黄疸患者作为实验对象,均分为2组,对照组与观察组肝硬化黄疸患者分别施以丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗以及熊去氧胆酸胶囊+丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗;对肝硬化黄疸患者治疗总有效率以及肝功能指标回顾性分析。结果观察组肝硬化黄疸患者治疗总有效率、肝功能指标改善方面存在有优势,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对于肝硬化黄疸患者施以熊去氧胆酸胶囊+丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,可以将肝功能表现不良加以显著改善,有助于患者恢复。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of ursodeoxycholic acid capules ＋ transmetil treatment in patients with cirrhosis and jaundice. Methods Selected 42 patients with jaundice due to cirrhosis in our hospital as the experimental subjects and divided into 2 groups, the control group and the observation group were treated with two sulfonic acid and adenosine methionine, and ursodeoxycholic acid capules ＋ transmetil respectively; Retrospective analysis of the total effective rate and liver function index in patients with cirrhosis and jaundice. Results The observation group, cirrhosis, jaundice patients with total efficiency and liver function improvement, there are advantages, P〈0.05, the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion For patients with cirrhosis and jaundice, the treatment of ursodeoxycholic acid capules ＋ transmetil can significantly improve the performance of liver function, which can help the patients recover.
