甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效研究

Clinical study of Methotrexate Combined With Mifepristone in the Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探讨联合使用甲氨蝶呤和米非司酮对治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效。方法选取100例在我院接受治疗的异位妊娠患者,按照随机和平均的方法,将所有受试人员分成对照组以及观察组,每组50例,对照组患者给予米非司酮治疗,观察组患者在对照组患者的用药基础上给予甲氨蝶呤治疗,在治疗结束后观察和对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果治疗后,对照组患者中治愈的有11例,占22%,有效的有25例,占50%,总有效率为72%;观察组患者中治愈的有27例,占54%,有效的有20例,占40%,总有效率为94%,观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者在治疗后的β-h CG水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对异位妊娠患者采用甲氨蝶呤联合米非司酮的治疗方法,其临床疗效要优于单用米非司酮,能够提高患者的治愈率和总有效率。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of combined use of methotrexate and mifepristone in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy treated in our hospital were selected, according to the random and average method, all the subjects were divided into the control group and the observation group, 50 cases in each group, patients in the control group were treated with mifepristone, observation group were treated with methotrexate on the basis of the medication of the control group, clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared at the end of treatment. Results After treatment, 11 patients in the control group were cured, accounting for 22%, effective in 25 cases, accounting for 50%, total effective rate was 72%; In the observation group, 27 cases were cured, accounting for 54%, effective in 20 cases, accounting for 40%, total effective rate was 94%, total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The level of beta-h CG in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate combined with mifepristone, its clinical curative effect is better than mifepristone alone, which can improve the cure rate and total effective rate of patients.
