强力安肛洗液坐浴对肛门术后患者的效果分析

Analysis Effect on the Strength of the Anus Lotion Sitz Bath for Patients After Anal Operation

目的观察对肛门病手术治疗患者采取强力安肛洗液坐浴的方案进行治疗后的情况。方法选取2016年1月—2017年1月我院肛门病手术治疗患者100例,将其依据信封随机原则分2组,50例为一组。对照组给予高锰酸钾,观察组使用强力安肛洗液坐浴,对比2组水肿、肛门疼痛等各项临床症状的消失时间,记录2组的治疗情况。结果观察组肛门病手术治疗患者的水肿平均消失时间为(3.21±1.05)天、肛门疼痛消失平均时间为(5.48±2.15)天,且治疗的总有效率为96.00%,各项指标情况优于对照组,P<0.05。结论给肛门病手术治疗的患者采取强力安肛洗液坐浴方案,患者的水肿情况和肛门疼痛情况在短期内能够较快改善,且最终的治疗效果非常理想。

Conclusion To the operation for anal disease patients to take strong security anus lotion sitz bath scheme, edema and anal pain patients can rapidly improve in the short term, and the treatment effect is very ideal.
