摘要 目的探讨巴特日七味散对大鼠慢性胰腺炎NF-KB活性的影响。方法实验以Wistar大鼠作为研究对象,对100只Wistar大鼠慢性胰腺炎模型制备,各50例随机分对照组和干预组,测量腹水量、电解质、血清淀粉酶、血气等,选择胰腺组织切片行HE染色和比重测定,用免疫组织化学染色SABC法检测胰腺组织NF-KB活性。结果 (1)对照组腹水量、电解质、血清淀粉酶、胰腺组织比重要高于干预组(P<0.05);(2)光镜下对照组胰腺组织较治疗干预组水肿、炎症、损伤程度重(P<0.01);(3)NF-KB表达中巴特日七味散处理组胰腺组织内NF-KB表达要低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论巴特日七味散应用在大鼠慢性胰腺炎实验中能够产生显著的效果,对其NF-KB活性有着直接的影响,对于患者大鼠炎症、水肿以及损伤有着显著的指导意义。 Objective To investigate the influence of KB on NF activity in rats with chronic pancreatitis. Methods Wistar rats were used as the research subjects, and chronic pancreatitis models were prepared in 100 Wistar rats, 50 cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment intervention group, volume of ascites, electrolytes, serum amylase, blood gas and so on were measured, pancreatic tissue sections were selected for HE staining and specific gravity measurement. The NF-KB activity of pancreatic tissues was detected by immunohistochemical staining with SABC. Results(1) the abdominal water volume, electrolytes, serum amylase and pancreatic tissue ratio in the control group were significantly higher than those in the day by day(P〈0.05);(2) under light microscope, the edema, inflammation and damage degree of pancreatic tissue in the control group were more serious(P〈0.01);(3) the expression of NF-KB in the pancreas tissues of the seven-day group treated with NF-KB was lower than that of the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The results of the "seven day" application of bart in rats with chronic pancreatitis can produce significant results, it has a direct influence on the activity of NF-KB, it has significant guiding significance for the patients with inflammation, edema and injury, and deserves further study and promotion.
