评估护理干预对老年痴呆吞咽障碍的影响

To Evaluate the Influence of Nursing Intervention on Swallowing Disorder in Senile Dementia

目的研究护理干预对老年痴呆吞咽障碍的影响。方法选取2014年1月—2016年12月收治的66例老年痴呆吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,分为两组,给予对照组患者常规护理,在对照组基础上,给予观察组患者吞咽功能训练的护理干预,对比两组护理效果。结果观察组患者护理后的吞咽功能优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理干预能够有效改善老年痴呆患者的吞咽障碍。

Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on swallowing disorder in senile dementia. Methods From January 2014 to December 2016, 66 elderly patients with dysphagia were divided into two groups, and the patients in the control group received routine nursing care, on the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group were given the nursing intervention of swallowing function training, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The swallowing function of the observation group after treatment was better than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively improve dysphagia in elderly patients with dementia.
