探讨儿童孟氏骨折手术后的康复护理

To Investigate the Monteggia Fracture Rehabilitation Nursing After Operation

目的研究儿童孟氏骨折术后康复的护理方法及效果。方法选取我院2011年5月—2016年5月进行手术的50例孟氏骨折儿童作为研究对象,采用情志护理、营养支持及功能训练的方法促进其术后恢复。结果儿童术后康复效果优良,证明情志护理、营养支持及功能训练护理方法对于孟氏骨折术后康复具有积极效果。结论正确积极的康复护理对于儿童肘关节的功能恢复意义显著。

Objective To study the nursing method and effect of rehabilitation of Monteggia fracture after operation. Methods 50 children with Monteggia fractures who underwent operation in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2016 were taken as the research object, emotional nursing, nutritional support and functional training were adopted to promote postoperative recovery. Results Children＇s postoperative recovery effect was good, it proved that psychological care, nutritional support and nursing function training method had positive effect on rehabilitation for Monteggia fracture after operation. Conclusion Correct and active rehabilitation nursing has significant effect on the recovery of elbow joint function in children.
