慢性精神分裂症患者加强家庭护理干预的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Strengthening Family Nursing Intervention on Chronic Schizophrenics

目的分析慢性精神分裂症患者加强家庭护理干预的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年6月—2017年1月收治的90例慢性精神分裂症患者,随机分为实验组(45例,加强家庭护理干预)和对照组(45例,常规护理干预),对比两组患者护理前后ADL评分、MRSS评分等。结果实验组患者护理后ADL、MRSS变化更优于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组患者意外事件发生率4.4%,低于对照组40%(P<0.05)。结论慢性精神分裂症患者加强家庭护理干预的临床效果良好。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of strengthening family nursing intervention for chronic schizophrenics. Methods 90 patients with chronic schizophrenia were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017, The patients were randomly divided into experimental group（45 cases, strengthened family nursing intervention） and control group（45 cases, routine nursing intervention）, ADL score, MRSS score and so on were compared between the two groups before and after nursing. Results The changes of ADL and MRSS in the experimental group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. The accident rate of the experimental group was 4.4%, which was lower than that of the control group 40%（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of strengthening family nursing intervention for chronic schizophrenics is good.
