摘要
目的分析心理护理应用在小儿静脉输液护理中的效果。方法抽取2015年1月—2016年12月到我院诊治的静脉输液患儿60例,分为常规组(32例)和观察组(28例),对照组采用常规护理,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组患儿在输液时一次穿刺成功率高于常规组(96.4%vs.78.1%,P<0.05);观察组患儿对输液护理配合度优良率优于常规组(92.9%vs.78.1%,P<0.05)。结论在小儿静脉输液护理中采取心理护理干预,有助于提成一次穿刺成功率,以及家长满意度,具有较高的临床护理价值。
Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing applied in nursing care of children with venous transfusion. Methods From January 2015 to December 2016, 60 children with venous transfusion diagnosed in our hospital were divided into routine group(32 cases) and observation group(28 cases). The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the effect of two groups of nursing was compared. Results The successful rate of puncture in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group(96.4%, vs. 78.1%, P〈0.05); The excellent rate of matching degree of infusion nursing in observation group was better than that in routine group(92.9%, vs. 78.1%, P〈0.05). Conclusion Psychological nursing intervention in pediatric intravenous transfusion helps to achieve a successful rate of one shot and parental satisfaction, and has higher clinical nursing value.
