摘要
目的对ICU护理人员层级管理在提高护理质量的作用效果进行研究及判定。方法回顾性分析本院2013年2月—2014年1月的ICU管理措施(A组),2014年2月进行质量改进,实施ICU护理人员层级管理措施(B组),并将2组的管理质量评分、护理管理满意度评分、沟通能力评分进行对比。结果 B组的管理质量评分、护理管理满意度评分、沟通能力评分均高于A组,P<0.05。结论 ICU护理人员层级管理在提高护理质量的作用效果显著。
Objective To study and evaluate the effect of ICU nursing staff's hierarchical management in improving the quality of nursing. MethodsRetrospective analysis of our hospital from February 2013 to January 2014 ICU management measures(group A), In February 2014, quality improvement was carried out and ICU nursing personnel management measures were implemented(group B), scores of management quality, nursing management, satisfaction score and communication ability score of the 2 groups were compared. Results The scores of management quality, nursing management, satisfaction score and communication ability in B group were higher than those in group A, P〈0.05. Conclusion ICU nurses' hierarchical management plays an important role in improving the quality of nursing.
