摘要
目的探讨急诊护理流程对急性脑梗死患者急救效率的影响。方法选取2014年9月—2016年9月在我院接收的急性脑梗死的患者92例,随机分为实验组、对照组,对照组采取常规护理,实验组采取急诊护理流程,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果实验组患者入院后行溶栓治疗时间、神经生长因子(NGF)以及神经营养因子(NTF)水平改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性脑梗死患者采取急诊护理流程,可以使临床急救效率明显提高,对患者预后起到良好的促进作用。
Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing procedure on the first-aid efficiency of patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 92 patients with acute cerebral infarction received in our hospital from September 2014 to September 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, control group received routine care, the experimental group took emergency care procedures, and compared the clinical effect of the two groups of patients. Results The treatment time, the nerve growth factor（NGF） and the level of neurotrophic factors（NTF） in the experimental group were better than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The emergency nursing process for patients with acute cerebral infarction can improve the efficiency of clinical first aid, and play a good role in promoting the prognosis of patients with acute cerebral infarction.
