输注红细胞对于血液系统疾病患者的影响

The Influence of Hematological System Diseases by Infusion RBC

目的探讨输注红细胞对于血液系统疾病患者的影响情况。方法分析我院2012年2月至2017年2月收治的60例血液系统疾病患者临床资料,根据输注红细胞后淋巴细胞亚群变化趋势,分为Ⅰ组40例和Ⅱ组20例。观察血液系统疾病患者输注红细胞前与输注后1月内淋巴细胞亚群情况,观察Ⅰ组40例血液系统疾病患者输注红细胞前与输注后10 d内淋巴细胞亚群情况,观察Ⅱ组20例血液系统疾病患者输注红细胞前与输注后10~30 d内淋巴细胞亚群情况。结果输注后CD_3^+CD_4^+、CD_3^+CD_8^+、CD_3^+均高于输注前,输注后10 d内CD_3^+CD_4^+、CD_3^+CD_8^+、CD_3^+均高于输注前,输注后10~30 d内CD_3^+CD_4^+、Th/Ts均低于输注前,CD_3^+CD_8^+高于输注前,P<0.05,差异均有统计学意义,输注前后Th/Ts、NKT均无明显差异,输注前后10 d内Th/Ts、NKT均无明显差异,输注前后10~30 d内CD_3^+、NKT均无明显差异,P>0.05。结论血液系统疾病患者输注红细胞治疗,可以激活免疫应答,初期免疫增强,随着时间延长,会出现免疫抑制。

Objective To approach influence of hematological system diseases by infusion RBC. Method The 60 cases clinical data of hematological system diseases patients in our hospital from February 2012 to February 2017 were analyzed, which was to be divided into two groups by lymphocyte subsets change trend after infusion RBC, Ⅰ group 40 cases and Ⅱ group 20 cases. The lymphocyte subpopulation of hematological system diseases patients before infusion RBC and after infusion RBC 1 month were detected, the lymphocyte subpopulation of Ⅰ group hematological system diseases patients before infusion RBC and after infusion RBC 10 days were detected, the lymphocyte subpopulation of Ⅱ group hematological system diseases patients before infusion RBC and after infusion RBC 10-30 days were detected. Result The CD_3~＋CD_4~＋, CD_3~＋CD_8~＋, CD_3~＋ after infusion were higher than before infusion,the CD_3~＋CD_4~＋, CD_3~＋CD_8~＋, CD_3~＋ after infusion 10 days were higher than before infusion, the CD_3~＋CD_4~＋, Th/Ts after infusion 10-30 days were lower than before infusion, CD_3~＋CD_8~＋ were higher than before infusion, P〈0.05, the difference were statistical significance. The Th/Ts, NKT before infusion and after infusion were no difference, the Th/Ts, NKT before infusion and after infusion 10 days were no difference, the CD3＋, NKT before infusion and after infusion 10-30 days were no difference, P〈0.05. Conclusion The hematological system diseases patients by infusion RBC treatment, which could activate the immune response, immunological enhancement in initial stage, as time prolongs, which could appear immunosuppression.
