脑卒中导致吞咽障碍的芒针配合康复训练疗法研究

目的对脑卒中导致吞咽障碍的芒针配合康复训练疗法进行研究,以供参考。方法选择我院60例,于2015年1月1日至2015年12月31日入院的脑卒中患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,对照组24例患者采用常规药物治疗方法,治疗组36例对患者进行芒针配合康复训练的治疗方法,对两组脑卒中患者治疗效果,治疗前、治疗后以及1年后的吞咽功能指标进行比较。结果治疗组脑卒中导致吞咽功能患者的治疗效果明显优于对照组患者,治疗组患者在治疗后的吞咽功能以及1年后的吞咽功能恢复情况要好于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑卒中导致吞咽障碍的患者采用芒针联合康复训练临床效果良好,值得推广和应用。

Objective To study the rehabilitation training of stroke caused by stroke. Methods A total of 60 stroke patients admitted to our hospital from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015 were randomly divided into two groups. Twenty-four patients in the control group were treated with conventional drug therapy. 36 cases of patients were treated with the needle with the rehabilitation of the treatment method, the two groups of patients with stroke treatment, before treatment, after treatment and 1 year after the comparison of swallowing function indicators. Results The treatment effect of the patients in the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. The recovery rate of the swallowing function and the recovery of the swallowing function in the treatment group were better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion It is worthy to be popularized and applied in patients with stroke caused by dysphagia.
