原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术后并发症的临床护理观察与分析

Clinical Nursing Observation and Analysis of Complications after Transcatheter Arterial Chemoembolization in Patients with Primary Liver Cancer

目的探讨原发性肝癌患者肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)后并发症的临床护理方法。方法选择2012年5月至2015年12月在本院行经肝动脉化疗栓塞术治疗的52例原发性肝癌患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各26例。对照组患者行常规性围术期护理,观察组增加术后并发症针对性预防护理,观察两组术后并发症情况。结果观察组术后并发症发生率(30.77%)显著低于对照组(53.85%),组间差异(P<0.05)。结论原发性肝癌TACE围术期及时采取并发症预防性干预,可有效降低术后并发症风险。

Objective To investigate the clinical nursing methods of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE）. Methods 52 patients with primary liver cancer treated by TACE in our hospital during May 2012– December 2015, were randomly divided into control group and observation group（n=26）, each with a total of 26 cases. Patients in the control group received routine perioperative nursing care, the observation group was added with postoperative complications of targeted nursing care, and the postoperative complications of the two groups were observed. Result The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group（30.77%） was significantly lower than that in the control group（53.85%）, the difference between the groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Prophylactic intervention in the perioperative period of TACE in patients with primary liver cancer can effectively reduce the risk of postoperative complications.
