目的探讨影响新生儿黄疸消退延迟的因素。方法将我院2014年~2016年诊治的185例黄疸延迟消退的患儿临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果影响新生儿黄疸消退延迟的原因包括:感染、围生期因素、母乳、溶血、其他不明原因等。结论通过对黄疸消退延迟的原因分析,做到早发现、早预防,有效减少黄疸消退延迟的发生。

Objective Explore the factors that affect neonatal jaundice subsided delay. Methods Will the hospital diagnosis and treatment of 185 cases from 2014 to 2016 jaundice decay in children with clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. Results Effect of neonatal jaundice subsided include： the reason for the delay infection and factors in the perinatal period, breast milk, hemolysis, other unknown reason, etc. Conclusion Through analyzing the jaundice faded the reason for the delay, do early detection, early prevention, effectively reduce jaundice faded the happening of the delay.
