手术室温度护理在腹腔镜直肠癌手术中应用的临床意义及体会

Clinical Significance and Experience of Operating Room Temperature Nursing in Laparoscopic Rectal Cancer

目的探讨手术室温度护理在腹腔镜直肠癌手术中应用的临床意义及体会。方法选取2015年10月至2016年10月在大连大学附属新华医院手术室行直肠癌手术的60例患者,随机分为试验组和对照组,对照组30例,采取普通护理模式,试验组30例在对照组的基础上使用手术室温度护理,比较两组患者手术开始时,手术30 min,手术结束时患者的鼻腔温度。结果试验组手术30 min,手术结束时鼻腔温度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论手术室温度护理可以保证手术患者体温维持在正常范围,避免由于低温带来的并发症,值得在临床推广。

Objective To study the nursing operating room temperature used in laparoscopic colorectal surgery and the clinical significance of the experience. Methods October 2015 to October 2016 in Dalian university affiliated Xinhua hospital operating room line 60 patients of rectal cancer surgery, were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 30 cases of control group take ordinary nursing mode, treatment group 30 cases in the control group on the basis of the use of operating room temperature care, compared two groups of patients at the start of the operation, the operation for 30 minutes, at the end of surgery in patients with nasal cavity temperature. Results The experimental group 30 minutes the operation, operation at the end of the nasal cavity temperature higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Nursing operating room temperature can guarantee the surgery patients to maintain temperature in the normal range, avoid complications caused by the low temperature, is worth popularizing in clinical.
