妊娠晚期GBS感染对妊娠结局的影响 被引量：3

摘要 目的探究妊娠晚期GBS(B族链球菌)感染对妊娠结局的影响。方法选取我院2016年5月至2016年12月进行产检的孕35~40周孕妇320例,根据细菌学检测结果,将GBS阳性者设为观察组(n=35),GBS阴性者设为对照组(n=285),统计比较两组妊娠结局。结果观察组胎膜早破17.14%(3/35)、胎儿窘迫25.71%(9/35)、宫内感染20.00%(7/35)、早产22.86%(8/35)、产后出血17.14(6/35)发生率均高于对照组[胎膜早破4.91%(14/285)、胎儿窘迫9.12%(26/285)、宫内感染3.86%(11/285)、早产7.02%(20/285)、产后出血4.56%(13/285)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠晚期GBS感染可增加不良妊娠结局发生率。为确保母婴生命健康,应尽早进行GBS相关检测及治疗。
