酶催化作用的辩证法

The dialetics of the catalysis of enzyme

本文以三羧酸循环为例,指出它的各个反应均因反应物有发生反应的可能酶才起催化作用的事实,阐明了底物(反应物)与酶的辩证关系,以澄清某些书上过分强调酶作用的不适当说法。

In this paper,I take the tricarboxylic acid cycle for example,it shows the fact that enzyme plays the function of, catalysis only because every reactant (substrate) in reaction of tricarboxylic acid cycle has its inner possibility to react. It clarifies the dialectical relatical relationship between a reactant and enzyme. And so some improprietc ways of wording which over-emphasize the function of enzyme in some books are to be clarified.
