摘要
本文对时间平均像面全息微振幅检测过程作相关性分析,导出最大可测量程的表达式.并提出增大可测量程上限的方法.
To counter the process of measurement micro amplitude by the time- averaged image planeholographic interferometry. the purpose of this peper is to make an inerrelation analysis, to deduce the formulaof measure upperlimit, and to put forward the method of expand upper limit of measure.
