双碱法烟气脱硫系统故障诊断技术研究

Research on Fault Diagnosis Technology of Flue Gas Desulfurization System with Double Alkali Method

为了降低烟气脱硫系统的故障率与维修成本,该文根据实际情况提出了将故障诊断专家系统与脱硫工艺相结合的方法。研究双碱法烟气脱硫技术应用于燃煤锅炉废气脱硫处理的原理与工艺流程,依据现场工况组建主控制系统,并设计相应的故障诊断专家系统,运用以故障树为基础的知识获取方式,建立和优化数据库与知识库,实现在双碱法烟气脱硫系统中的问题咨询解答和设备故障诊断。实际应用中有效地降低了设备的故障率和维修费用,提高脱硫的效率。

In order to reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of flue gas desulfurization system,the method of combining the fault diagnosis expert system with the desulfurization process was put forward according to the actual situation. Study on the principle and technological process of flue gas desulfurization by using dual alkali flue gas desulfurization technology in coal fired boiler,according to the actual situation to set up main control system,design of fault diagnosis expert system,applying the fault tree in knowledge acquisition,set up and optimize the database and knowledge base,achieve answer questions and equipment fault diagnosis in dual alkali flue gas desulfurization system. In practical application,it can effectively reduce the failure rate and maintenance cost of the equipment ,and improve the efficiency of desulfurization.
