The importance supervision over foreign exchange transaction of enterprise groups under the framework of macro-prudential management is analyzed. The off-site supervision system, on-site inspection system and long-acting supervision system for the exchange transactions are elaborated by analyzing the current supervision system of foreign exchange transaction business of enterprise groups and risks for cross border fund flow.
