摘要
初等教育教师质量受到印度政府的高度重视。印度中央政府和各邦政府在教师入职资格、教师招聘、教师专业发展等方面制定了相关的政策,并通过推行这些政策进行教师质量监控。这些政策实施过程中产生了教师培养培训效果不理想、合同教师大量存在、教师初始分配向城性等问题。对这些问题的研究对于思考我国义务教育阶段中教师质量监控政策问题有着重要的启示。
India government has attached great importance to teacher quality monitoring of elementary education. The governments of central and states laid down the polices of the teachers' entry qualification,the teacher recruitment and teachers professional development and carried out these policies to achieve the teachers quality monitoring.There are some problems such as the effect of the teachers training is not ideal,the number of contractual teachers is too large,the tendency to city of initial deployment during the implementation of these policies.It is an important inspiration in rethinking the teacher quality monitoring of elementary education in our country to research on these problems.
