我国外语语用能力研究综述——对1984—2015年期刊文献的分析

Research on Foreign Language Pragmatic Competence in China——Review of Studies Conducted from 1984 to 2015

外语语用能力的培养是中国英语教学最重要的目标。文章通过对14种外语类核心期刊三十多年来的相关文献的梳理,发现我国外语语用能力研究因为在研究数量、研究内容、研究群体、研究方法和研究视角等方面的区别可以划分为起步(1984—2003)和发展(2004—2015)两个阶段。整体而言,该领域的研究呈现了实证研究日益受到重视,混合研究增长迅速,研究范围日益扩大,研究层次不断深化,研究视角逐渐多样化的趋势。最后,文章针对现存的问题提出了对未来研究的建议。

The development of foreign language pragmatic competence is a crucial objective of English teaching in China. Based on a review of related literature published in the fourteen major periodicals of foreign language study in the past three decades,this paper divided the research on foreign language pragmatic competence conducted in China into Initial Stage（ 1984—2003） and Development Stage（ 2004—2015）,according to their difference in number of study,research topics,subjects,methods and perspectives. Generally,the research field has seen a tendency of growing popularity of empirical studies（ mixed studies in particular）,broadened scope of investigation,higher-level exploration and various perspectives of research. In response to the existing problems of current studies,some suggestions have been provided for future studies.
