摘要
随着信息技术在教育领域的应用,在线教师学术共同体在教师专业发展中发挥着日益重要的作用。文章运用在线共同体理论,从社会文化活动理论的视角,以iResearch在线外语学术科研平台"我来读文献"活动在线外语教师学术共同体为例,探讨了该共同体的构建模式与实施特点,以期对在线教师学术共同体的建设与发展有所启示。
This study investigated the characteristics of the construction and operation of an on-line learning community of foreign language teachers. This on-line academic community was based on the iResearch Foreign Language Academic Research Platform and engaged of foreign language teachers reading academic works together. Taking the community of practice theory and sociocultural activity theory as the frameworks,the study found this community was precisely targeted and highly interactive and involved profound participation of members. The study aimed at providing reference for the construction of on-line learning communities of teachers.
