摘要
他汀类药物在心血管疾病预防中的作用日益突出。研究发现,他汀类药物可以引起机体辅酶Q_(10)水平的降低。辅酶Q_(10)作为一种重要的内源性抗氧化剂和能量代谢的瓶颈,在机体稳态的维持中发挥着重要的作用。另外,辅酶Q_(10)具有潜在的肝脏和肌肉保护作用,从理论上可以提高他汀类药物的依从性,减少副反应。妊娠期高血压疾病(HDP)患者是女性心血管疾病(CVD)的高风险人群。他汀类药物联合辅酶Q_(10)用于CVD预防很有前景,尤其是对HDP患者产后的CVD防控。目前,尚需大规模、多中心、长期随访的临床试验来进一步验证。
Statins play an increasingly important role in cardiovascular disease prevention. Studies found that statins could decrease the level of coenzyme Q10 in vivo. As an endogenous antioxidant and the bottleneck of energy metabolism, coenzynae Q10, is critical in maintaining body homeostasis. Coenzyme Q10 also has the potential to protect liver and muscle. In patients taking Statins, coenzyme Q10 can likely improve the compliance and reduce the side effects of statins. Hypertensive disorders in pregnancy (HDP) patients have a high risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Statins in combination with coenzyme Q10 is promising in CVD prevention in HDP population, especially in postpartum CVD prevention and control of the HDP patients. Large, multicenter, long-tern1 follow-up clinical trials are essential for further verification.
