一些药品说明书与行业标准或教科书相矛盾;用药标准与美国和欧洲用药标准相滞后;权威的用药标准与其引用的出处相矛盾;指南偶有纰漏;药品使用禁忌与临床用药矛盾;皮试标准不一;超说明书药物使用泛滥。因此有必要将药品的说明书、专业教材、专业指南,等等进行统一。
Some drug instructions contradict industrial standards and major textbooks. The updating of medicine usage standards in China lags behind that in America and Europe. There are contradictions between some authoritative medication standards and their own references. Some medicine guidelines have some errors. Drug contraindications and their clinical use are sometimes contradictory. The standards for skin test are not unified. Off-label medications are common. So it is very necessary to unify drug instructions, major textbooks and special guidelines, etc.
