摘要
对于"吃柿子得结石"的观点,本文对现有柿结石患者的症状特点、治疗方法及柿结石可能的形成机制进行了归纳和总结,并利用多酚—蛋白质相互作用机制对现有观点进行了分析,发现"吃柿子得结石"的观点与现有理论有许多冲突之处。指出通过进一步科学实验探明柿结石的本质,明确柿结石与食用柿子之间的关系非常必要。只有科学认识柿结石,纠正关于食用柿子的传统偏见和误解,才能指导大众科学合理地食用柿果及柿子产品,充分发挥柿果的营养作用,促进我国柿子产业的健康发展。
In terms of the current viewpoint of"lithiasis risk from eating persimmon", this paper summarized the existing literatures on the symptoms, treatments of the patients suffering persimmon bezoars and the possible formation mechanisms of persimmon bezoars, and analyzed the current viewpoint through the polyphenols-protein interaction theory. It was found that there was a contradiction between the existing theories and "lithiasis risk from eating persimmon". It is necessary to explore the essence of persimmon bezoars, and clarify the relationship between the persimmon bezoars and the consumption of persimmon through further scientific research. Only in this way, can we realize persimmon bezoars scientifically, and redress thc traditional bias and misunderstanding in the consumption of persimmon fruit. Furthermore, it can help the public consume persimmon fruits and persimmon related products properly, thus making best use of the persimmon fruits' nutritional value and promoting the healthy development of persimmon industry in our country.
