紫叶小檗对氯盐融雪剂胁迫的生理生化响应

Physiological and Biochemical Response of Berberis thunbergii var.atropurpurea to Chlorine Salt Snowmelt Agent Stress

摘要 氯盐融雪剂对城市绿化环境和道路两侧的园林植物造成一定危害,本研究对包头地区道路常用园林绿篱材料紫叶小檗分批连续施用氯盐融雪剂,定期分析、记录其生理变化,研究其对氯盐融雪剂危害的生理生化响应。结果表明:紫叶小檗在氯盐融雪剂时间和浓度不断累积胁迫下,植物体内细胞活性氧系统稳定性遭到破坏,叶片组织细胞中丙二醛MDA、超氧化物歧化酶SOD、过氧化氢酶CAT、游离脯氨酸Pro等发生不断变化,激发抗逆保护生理响应机制,危害14 d时,减轻或消除危害可更新复壮,持续危害下,对植物造成不可逆损伤。 Chloride salt snowmelt agent has certain harm to the urban greening environment and landscape plants on both sides of the road. In the research, chlorine salt snowmelt agent was continuously applied on B. thunbergii var. atropurpurea which was the commonly used garden material in Baotou. We regularly analyzed and recorded the physiological changes of B. thunbergii var. atropurpurea so as to study its physiological and biochemical response to chloride salt snowmelt agent stress. The results showed that the stability of active oxygen system in plant cells was destroyed with the accumulation of the time and concentration of chloride snow melting agent. Also, the MDA, SOD, CAT, free proline (Pro) in leaf tissues changed constantly, which stimulated the physiological response mechanism of stress protection. The plant could update the rejuvenation if reduce or eliminate the hazards after the 14 d stress. Otherwise, the continuous stress would cause irreversible damage to the plant.
