摘要
"走出去"是"一带一路"背景下中国基础设施企业的重要战略举措。母国和东道国的双重网络嵌入构成了国际化企业的微观组织环境,而项目组合则是基础设施企业的主要业务形式。基于网络嵌入性和动态能力的观点,从项目机会感知能力、项目资源整合能力、项目组合重构能力三个维度开发了项目组合管理能力的量表。利用206家京津冀"走出去"基础设施企业的调查数据,实证检验了双重网络嵌入、项目组合管理能力和企业国际化绩效的关系。结果表明,母国网络嵌入和东道国网络嵌入均有助于提升企业国际化绩效,并且项目组合管理能力的不同维度对双重网络嵌入与国际化绩效的关系起到部分中介作用。研究结论有助于指导基础设施企业积极采取"抱团出海"和"扎根当地"的国际化策略。
"Going global"strategy is the significant strategy proposed by the infrastructure industry in China under the background of "the Belt and Road". Internationalizing enterprises embedded in dual networks constitutes the micro organizational environment,while project portfolio is the main business mode for infrastructure companies. Based on the view of network embedding and dynamic capability,this study develops project portfolio management capability scale which is divided into opportunity perceptive ability,resource integration ability and portfolio restructuring ability. We also test the relationship between dual networks embeddedness,project portfolio management capability and internationalization performance. Results indicate that both home country and host country network embeddedness have positive influence on internationalization performance,and various dimensions of project portfolio management capabilities partially mediated the relationship between dual network embeddedness and internationalization performance. The conclusions can guides infrastructure companies to adopt the strategies like"Going global in group"and"Rooted in local markets".
