中医症状规范化研究

Research on the Standardization of TCM Symptoms

症状体征是中医临床诊疗活动的基本表现,是识别证候的主要依据,其描述和判定是中医准确辨证、诊病的基础,也是证候规范化的前提。本文系统分析了中医症状研究的现状,认为目前中医症状的规范研究的问题主要体现在症名不统一,症状的内涵与外延模糊,复合症状随意组合,症状量化方法不成熟等方面。针对中医症状规范化研究中存在的问题,提出应加强症名的统一,明确症状的内涵与外延,合理对症状进行拆分与量化等相关建议。中医症状的规范化研究对中医辨证、诊病和学术交流具有重大意义。

Symptoms and signs are the basic manifestations in the clinical diagnosis and treatment in Chinese medicine and also the main evidence for identifying signs. The description and judgment are the basis for accurate syndrome differentiation and dis- ease diagnosis as well as the premise of standardization of signs. This article systematically analyzes the research situation of TCM symptoms and believes that the problem of standardization of TCM symptoms mainly lies in the uniform of symptom names;the connotation and extension of symptoms are blurred; symptoms combine casually; immature of the quantitative method of symptoms, etc. For the problems in the standardization research of TCM symptoms, it proposes that we should unify the symptom names, iden- tify the connotation and extension of symptoms and conduct splitting and quantization properly for the symptoms. The standardiza- tion research of TCM symptoms has great significance for the syndrome differentiation,diagnosis and academic exchanges.
