小承气汤敷神阙穴治疗中风后便秘40例

Forty Cases with Post-stroke Constipation Treated with Application of Minor Purgative Decoction on Shenque Acupoint (RN 8)

目的:观察小承气汤敷神阙穴治疗中风后便秘的临床疗效。方法:将80例中风后便秘患者随机分为两组各40例,对照组采用常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用小承气汤敷神阙穴治疗,两组均以1个月为1个疗程。结果:对照组有效率为75.0%,治疗组有效率为90.0%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后临床症状积分均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:小承气汤敷神阙穴治疗中风后便秘简便易行,疗效显著。

Objective：The clinical effects of application of Minor Purgative 1）eeoction on Shenque acupoint （RN 8 ） on post-stroke constipation. Methuds：Totally 80 cases with post-stroke constipation were randomized into control group and treatment group,40 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional treatment while treatment group were added with the application of Minor Purgative Decoction on Shenque acupoint （RN 8 ）, one month as a treatment course for botil groups. Results：The effective rate was 75.0% in control group and 90.0% in treatment group; the difference was significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）, The clinical symptoms scores in both groups improved obviously after treatment （P 〈0.05 ） ;and the difference between two groups was significant. Conclusion ： Minor Purgative Decoction applied on Shenque acupoint （ RN 8 ） has significant therapeutic effects on post-stroke constipation, which is simple and convenient in application.
